The Opportunity

Big Shot Golf runs a professional Hole-in-One Challenge on one of your par-3 holes. Golfers take their shot at a $10,000 insured prize.

Every hole-in-one purchase includes free entry into our Closest-to-the-Pin contest for a $100 cash prize. Players who just want the Closest-to-the-Pin contest can enter on its own.

$25 One shot
$60 Three shots
$15 Closest-to-the-Pin only

Every shot purchase includes free Closest-to-the-Pin entry ($100 cash prize).

What Your Course Receives

$500 Fixed Fee + 10% of Revenue

Your course receives a guaranteed $500 flat fee plus 10% of all entry fees collected. An additional 20% of revenue goes directly to a local charity.

An Insured Prize

The $10,000 hole-in-one prize is insured, so your course never pays the prize. Insurance and operating costs are covered by Big Shot Golf.

Strong Community Goodwill

The event is tied to a local charity, which creates positive social media and local press, and positions your course as a community partner.

Almost Zero Work for You

We handle setup, signage, staffing, payment collection, measuring, and prize fulfillment. Your team simply continues normal operations.

More Engagement & F&B Sales

Players linger, talk about the experience, and often buy additional food and drinks while participating or celebrating.

How It Works

  1. We set up professional signage and a small table near the chosen par-3 tee.

  2. Our team greets groups, explains the challenge, and collects payment.

  3. Players hit their shot(s). Closest-to-the-pin is measured throughout the day.

  4. At day’s end we settle with you and the charity.

  5. You receive your $500 fixed fee + 10% of revenue, usually the same day or next business day.

A Typical Moderate Day (estimates)

70–100 shots sold in an 8-hour window: a realistic target
$1,600–$2,500 estimated total daily revenue
~$660–$750 to your course ($500 fixed fee + 10% of revenue)
20% of all revenue to a local charity

These figures are estimates for a moderate day, not guarantees. Actual results depend on weather, tee-sheet volume, and the date. Average revenue per participant usually lands between $22 and $25. Higher-volume days or multi-date packages can produce even stronger results.

What the charity gets

Each event partners with a local charity chosen together with the host course. The charity receives 20% of all revenue, settled at the end of the day, and the event gives it a visible, feel-good presence on your course.

Next Step

We would love to walk the course with you, choose the best par 3, and select the charity partner together. There is no cost or obligation to explore this.
